Non-Emergency Questions or Concerns:

You may ask your question or report your concern directly to the District Personnel,

or Send an e-mail to the NDOR Web Office, which will be forwarded to the appropriate area.

1. Include as much specific location information as possible. Even approximate location information helps us.

  • Highway number(s); Nearest milemarker, intersection, junction, or landmark.
  • If applicable, note the direction of the lane of highway (northbound, eastbound, etc.)
  • If your question or concern was noted on a particular date and time of day, please tell us.

2. Please include your name and contact information. A daytime phone number is helpful in case we need to ask you a follow-up question for clarification. Missing contact info may result in a delay in responding to you.

3. Please make sure the subject line of your e-mail has something in it about the reason for your e-mail. Otherwise, our spam blockers may reject it.

NOTE: If you have any type of spam blocker turned on, please adjust it to allow responses from "dor.state.ne.us". Otherwise our responses may end up in your junk mail file.

4. You will receive a response indicating your note has been received. It will be forwarded to the appropriate area as expeditiously as possible.
